Fear closes doors

fear close doorsWhen necessity and not by choice voluntary, we have to change jobs, housing or live with strangers, our mind feels unbalanced from the quiet routine and can cause us stress.

The fear of not being able to handle the situation, leads us to close ourselves, trying to preserve as much as possible the tranquility that we had before the change.

The body contracts the muscles, the breath shortens, the life tone goes off: we become the “mummies from the museum.”

To better address this situation it is useful to observe and learn more about other people, places and lifestyles, in order to open ourselves to time to those dynamics, making them our not perceiving them as foreign and then when we were to live them in our context.
